We’re Closing In

The DWP worked tirelessly behind the scenes in order to detect thieves, however all of this effort was invisible to people because it was covert.
This campaign challenged the beliefs of benefit thieves that they could avoid detection if they were clever and kept under the radar. Our powerful ‘We’re Closing In’ campaign aimed to rock the complacency of undetected thieves, by creating a sense of continual surveillance. It prompted Benefit Thieves to look over their shoulders and ask themselves ‘Are they on to me?’
